Terms of Service

RankSites is operated by BetterTech LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

RankSites runs structured 30-day SEO campaigns for websites you connect: automated technical audits, a backlink placement plan with drafts, a content calendar, and keyword rank tracking. You place backlinks and publish content yourself; we plan, draft, track, and report.

No ranking guarantees

We guarantee the work, not the outcome. Search rankings are decided by search engines, not by us. Low-competition keywords frequently reach page 1 within a campaign; competitive ones can take longer or may not get there. Anyone promising you guaranteed rankings is lying to you, and we won’t.

Billing

The service costs $50 per month per site slot, billed monthly through Stripe. You can add or remove slots, or cancel, at any time; changes apply from the next billing cycle. When a subscription ends, campaigns pause and your data stays readable in the dashboard.

Acceptable use

Only connect sites you own or are authorized to promote. Don’t use RankSites for illegal content, spam networks, or sites that deceive users. We follow white-hat SEO practices and may pause campaigns that would require anything else. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other people’s websites.

Your data

You own your site data. We store campaign data (audits, backlink status, rankings) to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetterTech LLC’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.
